0:44 DUH, anybody notice the audience disappears when they cutaway to the camera view starting at 0:44? That camera shot was pre taped. It's more of a camera/video trick than a magic trick. And quite a stupid one.

Totally weird that the broadcast came through like this. I was in the audience and saw it live, loved it so much that I searched here to watch it again. Seemed great to me, and Regis's mouth was DEFINITELY moving when he appeared out of nowhere! I know because my eyes were glued to him. (I'm such a big Regis fan!) Something must have gotten screwed up in the broadcasting of it!

This is hilarious...someone from team Copperfield clearly uploaded this in an edited form to mask the "error" in the illusion on live TV. Also notice at the :52 second mark how the audience is "missing," obscured by lights.

Good editing work to quickly pull away from the shot after the train wreck. I'd love to see what Regis said when the video pixilates a bit. Copperfield looks mortified, as he should.
