  • Thanks. Still floats almost 4 years later.

Don't know, I am, but this is interesting too.

  • how much cost that and wats the weigt of that canoe

  • @TheSpruit Cost was about $400 US Dollars depending on the material used to build. I used White Oak and Mahogany. Can use pine or spruce too. See the web site regarding geodesic boats. Most come with plans and some materials. Weight also depends on material. Mine is about 20 pounds and can handle about 250-275 pounds of weight.

  • how much cost that to make that en wat did you spend

    btw i am from dutch

  • The boat is actually made using a nylon/dacron skin glued to the gunnels using heat and bond tape (like hot melt glue) and then heat shrunk ot the frame. I just took the boat to the ocean for a quick paddle. Cold Water!!! I think I will make a small outrigger for it. Might want to look up "mosquito in my pool" as it shows the boat in use.

  • Is the outside of this made from Hide?

  • Gostaría de ter esse plano.

  • That's a very nice little boat you've made there - good effort!

  • Awesome!

Very well done. That's one hell of a do-it-yourself project right there.

  • Ha ha. Just watched "Mosquito in my pool" . Ignore previous post.
