@cooljackdesert No, the closest thing the Marine Corp has to teir 1 is the MSOB, which are teir 2 like navy SEALs, Navy SWCC Army Special Forces, Army Rangers, and Air Force Special Tactit Squadrons. Force Recon and Recon are special operation capable units that fall under the command of the Marine Ground Task Force Commander, where as teir 2 units fall under the command of SOCOM and teir 1 falls under the command of JSOC(the only two known units under JSOC are Delta Force and Seal Team 6.
