I tried this the last couple of workouts that I had. I think I could work in competition. The set up is quick. I can do this w/ the X Guard set up interchangeably.

Cool move Coach. Jeremy Horn actually tought my jiu jitsu instructor Tom and I this move in a private lesson 3 or 4 years ago as part of a butterfly sweep series. Cool to see how brilliant minds think alike.

hmm... i'm always down for calf crushers. don't find myself in butterfly guard very often, though. is this possible to pull off from half guard/lockdown? seems like it might be.

No this is not there in half guard lockdown but from whip up, to electric chair, stoner control to the vaporizor. vaporizor is a calf crush

@Dhuman571 they did dumb ass, carlos and helio were taught by judo master Otávio Mitsuyo Maeda (7th degree black belt) and because of there small stacher they developed a system primarily focusing on using technique rather than strength, and ground grappling since thats a inevitable position you encounter in freestyle fighting
