Having been a Chef for 18 years.... I can definitely say that looks NASTIER than anything I have seen Zimmern eat.. and I have ate WITH him!
Also, Bourdain isn't an ass like he comes off in the show, they just edit it that way to make him look more hardass. He is a GREAT guy to hang with!

I think the fav weird food I ever wolfed down was the LIVE Octopus that my Japanese Chef Instructor brought to eat while I was still in Cullinary School....
