@BlackenedFifth Hi,I keep listening to my Portrait cd's.the Shakespeare lyrics sometimes you have to play a couple of times and really listen,before they hit home and you realise what a songwriter he was.in a league of his own.

Like The Last Nail,but another favourite of mine is,The Wild Places.

I still get goosebumps when I hear the line "I hear you've taken on a husband and child, and live somewhere in Pennsylvania" - don't know why - but that just hit after about the 3rd or 4th listen - not sure if it's because he chose the phrase "taken on" (like in Same Auld Lang Syne where he says "but she didn't like to lie") - maybe it's because he used "Pennsylvania" - but no matter what it is, he was a bit of a genius. Every time I listen to this, I feel young again, alive and remember my wife... my soul mate. Only Dan could do voice overs this good, all his own harmonies, and create this work of art.
