well runescape the game that i came back to i met runescape in about 2003 2004 decided looks rubbish and you have to pay i was wrong i came back to it 2009 i thought it looks better and my frends were on it am a lvl 38

I played runescape for a very short time, I got bored easily as my friend intorduced me to something called mabinogi which I still play and is addictive. Runescapes graphics are bad, yet I still enjoyed how player friendly it was, in a way I miss playing it but Im not going back

@sketcherskt Kids these days.. You play games for the graphics rather than the gameplay and content. I'm pretty sure RuneScape has much more in depth gameplay than all of those WoW clones you just listed.

I have been playing MMO's for a very long time now, and have tried countless ones, I have almost played all the ones that MMOHUT has reviewed. And I agree, Fiesta, Rappelz, all those, they are great games. But, if you give Runescape a shot, and get past level 110 , and make some good friends on there, the games a whole lot of fun, and addictive too :). So, don't dis the game too much until you try it for real

its a slow progression game which you have to work at

it takes months to get maxed combat and some 99s can take up to a year depending on how much you play

So just appreciate the game, it has a large playerbase, il admit the graphics arent great but the overall fun of it makes up for it

What I mean by turning it into something else, is like make a quest where you go back to it and theres leik, dragons attacking it or something. I know that they have already made a different tutorial island.

I remember this game! i played it from 2005-2008, that was its golden age tbh! Runescape was my first mmo and the one i've played longest without quitting. I sort of miss it remembering back when i was a noob and i first started :') Tutorial island was the best! :D
