This show was WEBCASTED. That's why the sound is after the image. Some guys in here moved the sound a bit before they put it up here so it fitted together again.

Look at what Mike is playing on the keyboard in the beginning. The sound is also coming after he pushes the keys.

First of all he said lisping, not lipping, which I can only assume you meant lip syncing with. Second of all, take a damn physics class. Sound doesn't even come close to the speed of light! But the distance between the camera and chester is so slight that you'd never notice the difference. The sound and video are off because of the camera, and nothing else.
