Is there any way to install/apply new themes without booting up the idevice again? As you should know if you install a new theme it request to reboot again and if you reboot the jailbreake has to be performed again meaning that the theme wont apply.

i think to all the people running into issues with it freezing at the start menu your supposed to go to the redsn0w thing and press boot tethered, and itll start it, and you won't be able to start it without doing it this way.

All U need to do is just get to the redsn0w again and run the option " Just boot tethered right now".

If it happens again, keep doing that until U get it. It really worked to me ^^
