Try to do more leg lifts so you can get the muscle to hold your legs up on your Kip. haha at one meet I was sick and fell and got an 8.5 but placed 2nd. Everyone must've not done that good
@gymnast1133 I'll be honest with you. An 8.5 would have probably been one of my best scores all year. I was never good on bars. And yeah leg lifts and stuff would help.

yeah i know 8.8 got 1st place. there were only a few people in my age group. they were close in score though.
