Ahhh that one~ Basically Junpei was dateable at first so Atlus made an ending with Junpei as well. But later on they changed their mind so you can't see the Junpei ending in the game anymore. However, they didn't bother to delete that scene so it's still inside the game data and some PSP genius/cracker/hacker just extracted it out of it XD

Nope... this event happens after you already maxed out the moon social link... It's optional but if you want the event better plan the schedule carefully because his social link is only available until October 3rd =O
