Third, all scripture has been handed down from generation to generation, that means all different forms and texts of scripture, Protestant, Catholic, Mormon, etc. have been through many hands. Unfortunately for your claim we have the technology, and the original Greek and Aramaic texts and the modes of translating them, that we know what they say and mean. I am learning how to read Greek right now, and it amazes me how much the original text supports the Catholic Church.

First of all, Priests are Human beings...NOT God. They are susceptible to fall just like anyone else. Second, if you do some research you will find that there are more molestation and rape cases in the public school systems. The teachers there are handing down knowledge to the kids. Does that make it invalid? Should we stop learning, or sending our children to school? I would think not.

religion now is not what jesus intended religion to become! how can u as a catholic say that it is with all of your "fathers" preying on young boys and girls, how can u follow the scriptures word by word when it has passed through mans hands a thousand times and isnt even close to its original form that god intended it to be? i was raised in the church and was very "religious" yes the core values of the church are great thats it, the rest is all half truths that MAN not God wants you to hear!

p.s. interesting to see that the other video did not allow comments, but you were brave enough to have comments under your video. Probably because he knew there were MANY bible quotes to show that Jesus did not abolish Religion but built the one that we Catholics practice today.

Great! Thank you, and bless you. I will never understand why Protestants love to spread lies and propaganda against the Catholic Church. They literally preach this hate from the pulpits. Catholic priests, on the other hand, at least all the ones I've heard fro 24 years, never criticize or preach hate. They pray for unity, peace and love. I was raised Protestant, but I have been Catholic for 20 years now.

God doesnt live in a church or an icon or a book. He lives in our hearts and minds therefor he is always with us. it is the sole reason we were created in his image. why do some people have to make this truth so confusing and convoluted? this video was disheartening at it's core

God does live in our hearts friend, but he also instituted communion and asks us to go to a church and receive the Eucharist. Icons remind us of him. So the video is not disheartening.

@V1L3CH1LD Yes! It is true that G-d created us in His image and placed His love in our hearts. That is only part of what our awesome G-d has done. Throughout human history, G-d has manifest Himself to His people in very specific ways. Burning bushes, pillars of fire and smoke, the law contained within the arc, the Holiest of Holies, are all examples. All those examples are foreshadows of the Holy Eucharist which resides within the tabernacles of Catholic churches around the world

well... i can see how some people wudnt like this. its preachy and pompous while it tries to be 'hip'. it feels douchey and the message gets confusing. i listened to it twice and still dont get wut he is trying to say, exactly.

he is responding to someone who is into jesus but not organized religion. his point is trying to be made in defense of an incursion on the value of religious institution.

This is getting kind of silly with all the responses haha. To be honest though some things you said do not add up to what actually happened or what it actually meant.Man is prone to error it's to be expected, but with the Holy Spirit from God you will be corrected.
