Really great concept. Cops in the US need to train their dogs to run full blast, jump over the vehicle and apprehend the criminal EXCEPT they need to train the dog to NOT bite its handler! Crazy funny that they left the dog biting its handler in the video.

Fast dogs but I think my pit could do just as good a job.

Shoot the dog? A couple of problems with that. One, try to hit a target that small moving that fast with anything short of a bomb. You cant. Two, if you do manage to shoot the dog you have shot a police officer and will then have every cop present looking to kill you. Good luck with that. These dogs are Schutzhund trained, the highest level of training for protection. The dog who bit the handler was overly excited thats all. He will learn as time goes on and his training continues. Thats the point of using these police dogs, they go in first, and unfortunately, sometimes they get shot. Better the dog than a human but it's too bad if one does get it.

So for all those people who want to shoot one, I hope he rips your face off first.

Belgain Malinois are CRAZY. I worked in a vet clinic, and we had to be EXTREMELY careful when handling these dogs, they're highly intelligent and highly aggressive which makes them FANTASTIC police dogs.
