Clemson is in the sorriest division in the NCAA. South Carolina has perennially lost to Tennessee teams in that were on the fall in 2 of the last 3 seasons. Lost 2 of their last 3 bowl games. Lost 2 of the last 3 meetings to Clemson.

All I'm saying is it must be incredibly hard to be a Gamecock fan. They lose a lot.

The only reason Clemson has decent winning seasons is because Clemson doesn't play any team that's actually good. It's funny how Clemson and Georgia tech, the two best ACC teams lose to their average mediocre in-state rivals. That's saying something...OVERRATED. ACC = Almost Competitive Conference.

Also, you can talk about how the SEC is the best conference in the country, but you really don't have any proof of that aside from head-to-head records with other conferences. If you take a look at Georgia Tech, they regularly schedule 3 or 4 non-conference games against SEC opponents.

You can justify all you want, but either you look at it, I'm going to say Carolina is better than Clemson and you will think the opposite. @Scarlatch You can't determine the outcome of a game by comparing each team on how they did against Auburn. It's possible that we get spanked by Auburn, but end up killing Clemson. Some games, teams are not themselves. The only way we'll know who is the better team this year is when the clock strikes 0:00 4th quarter and which ever team has the highest amount of points will be the better team. The game will always be determined by the same outlook...which team is more prepared.
