I visited B troop each day. I was the commanders crewchief. stationed at Phouc Vinh. I'm trying to get up with anyone who was there Feb 1969- Feb 1970. Please e-mail me if you where there.
fucking americans pigs.. this brings nice memories? you are really sick people.. how can you celebrate death of that much people in Vietnam? you have enjoy while you have killing them? sick bastards.....
@asdfghjkl1989god Its so sad that today is cloudy just because a thousand of assholes like you are floating in space...yes it brings memories of serving my country..at least something to be proud of....but you poor martian waste your life writing and thinking shit..so make us a favor...dig your head in the toilet and flush...it ..maybe.....clean your shitty brain
Art Murray...is he the Mr Murray mentioned in Headhunters by Matt Brennan??? The one that thought you guys were like the soldiers mentioned in the song Scarboro Fair???
Hey LOHPilot, l was with Co D (Guns)229th Assault Helicopter BN 1st Cav from Jan 70-Dec 71 at Dau Teing then Quan Loi ( the reddest earth/mud on earth) I came back Jan 71-Aug 71. I was NCOIC of Helicopter Repair Parts my 1st tour. After I came back I volunteered to fly gunner with F Troop, 1st Sqdr, 9th Cav Hunter-Killer Team. Had some serious pucker factors over there. Welcome home Brother.
A friend of mine was a scout pilot with B troop. This video really makes you think. I am only 29 so I cant say shit about vietnam, but seeing this brief clip, and from what he has told me about his experiences, makes it a little more real. Now I know why I like drinking beers with the guy so much.
Reading a book just now called ACCEPTABLE LOSS by a guy called Kregg P.J. Jorgenson that mention these guys, he was a Ranger and LRRP then the blues 54 missions as point-man he was a hero.
I cant believe you got out that is why you have Blues. Damn good shooting though. The rockets.

@asdfghjkl1989god if it bothers you so much why are you watching this video? Go read your Bambi books or cook yourself another rice dish instead.
