@oldfart2413 They mostlly avoid technology. Some in business use it as a tool only for their trade and leave it in personal life. Like some who own businesses use cell phones, but put them away when they're off or get home.
After visiting Amish community, one thing I know is they may not believe in modern lifestyle but they definitely believe in making money... when I was at Amish owned general shop in Ontario, they had VISA machine next to debit card machine....
@kuntryboy409 - No that is Dale's older brother Lyle Chupp from Shipshewana, IN. Chupp Brothers are probably the most successful Amish auctioneers in the country.
OOPS - I goofed - that really is Dale Chupp, not Lyle. I was at a benefit auction last week and Dale was doing the auction. Those two look so much alike that it is hard to tell which one it is unless they are together.
