After a lot of Googling, it's apparently by an artist called Risa Ohki, and the actual name of the track is 'The Promised Land'. It was featured in the Final Fantasy II soundtrack.
Piano and synth pad with not a lot of melody. It may be OK to zone out on, but it's rather boring to play. Same sequence of arpeggios over and over against a bass line that is little more than a partial scale exercise. Plus the synth pad...without the synth pad there would not be a lot to it.
At least the bass line has more than the cello part to Pachelbel's Canon in D.
