its from screen shot you have to press the thing at the bottom right and turn screenshot off the exact same thing happened to me and i turned it off and i worked again
@existency not really that could be the camera trying to auto focus ... although this can easily be done for real with jailbreak and custom firmware or mod
what you need to do is push the turn off button and the home button and keep pressing those two buttons and then the turn off thing comes but just ignore it and then when it turns off you keep pressing it, then the apple thing will come upp and you will let go off the sleep button but keep pressing the home button until this thing shows you to plug it into itunes and then your ipod will be normal (it won't be hacked though )
