Its just Triolic:

A Flam on the Snare and the 2 Hits on the upper tom, then the same thing, just with hitting the next tom.

The you have played 6 Notes, which are trioclic.

The next thing is: You play 3 Notes on the Floor Tom.

And the last thing is to hit the Snare and the China.

The Breakdwon is a little bit trickier...
