Coach I do these with knees tucked in as I lack the strength for a straight body pull. Is it ok to carry on like this whilst working on core strength?

jaja ... I used to do that in Olympic Gymnastics.. very nice. It impressed the shit out of people.. but its one of the easiest exercises to do.
The inverted cross.. do that and then we are talking. :-)
