it turned out really well. i curled them early the morning of homecoming and when i let them out , they were super curly! i spreayed them with hair spray, and by the end of the day towards time for homecoming they were relaxed, bouncy curls.(:

I'm sure it would be better to have the natural texture of your hair present when putting them in.

Most hot roller sets tell you when they are ready to use, a light normally goes off or it specifies on the package.

anything that uses heat damages your hair, makorah, but you can help soften the blow by useing a heat protecting spray. You can also try regular rollers that you put into your damp hair then leave over night, and because there is no heat there is no damage :) however, they can be a bit akward to sleep in lol. happy rolling XDXDXD
