Erm..............it's the same company! SWT and EMT are both owned by Stagecoach! In my humble opinion it's the best passenger livery on the UK rails today.

The MML livery looked better to me. The EMT looks boring and y take MML from National Express they done a great job. Can they live up to the same standers!..

Sorry, but which bright spark had the idea to get rid of midland mainline. They did an amazing job then they took it away!!! As far as I can see these are still Midland Mainline, not stagecoach or east midlands. Midland mainline deserved them, and deserved the franchise more than anyone else. (well, national express who owned them did). They actually took care of their passengers unlike so many other groups (though GNER were good too)

Thought the Meridians looked nice in Midland MainLine Livery. After seeing EMT In life the Livery looks absolutly amazing.

I think they are going to wait a few months to see how well this paint job fairs before painting our other meridians.

The Meridians are going to lose the buffet bar and go to trolley service ;( not looking forward to that! hoping they decide against it ;(

u no wa Stagecoach made them look alright, i liked the MML livery but like most things wen it comes out in it new it seems to play on ur mind! o the Class 222 is the upgrade to the 221/220 Voyager! Bombardier is tha company and i LOVE tha Voyagers n Meridians. The Meridians do look a hell of alot better then the Voyagers tho!

I always felt that the 222's looked really boring in their MML colours, this is very nice and certainly improves their appearence in my eyes!

I disagree. The MML livery flowed with the contours/ridges on the front of the train, however EMT haven't done the same thing. What they have done is made an excellent train train look ugly (which it certainly is not).

No, some still have retained the Virgin stickers/badges for use with Virgin West Coast who have taken over the Southeast/west to North West/Scots via West Coast services. West Coast will hold on to some for their Holyheads and Birmingham-Scotland via West Coast services when the new timetable comes in.. A few of the voyagers are still in the same livery but have X CROSS COUNTRY stickers on, and 220017 at present has had a full new livery applied.. I have a vid of it...
