The President's certificate of live birth proves The President's citizenship (as mine does) according to the standards The US State Department requires as proof of citizenship to obtain a US passport. (check for yourself) A hospital birth certificate does not prove citizenship. I have also read the filings and this nut-case just doesn't have have any evidence. To prove our citizenship we do not need provide evidence according to someone's imagined standard.

Well the first way we could know is to read the Constitution ourselves, read her arguments, then see if they are consistent with the law. If it is, then we can be sure she supports it 100% for the purpose of the argument. Reading is fun right? Read it lately? Of course lawyers swear an oath to the Constitution just like military and officials...so we have to judge their actions and hold them to it. The possibility of her dual allegiance is exactly why she cannot be President....got it yet?

OK sorry you don't know what you are talking about. You don't need even one parent to be a citizen to be natural born citizen. That refers to situations where citizen give birth outside of the U.S but do not have a residence there (ex. traveling). That is why McCain is considered a natural born citizen. The supreme court ruled in 1898 that to be a natural born citizen you need to be born on u.s soil. By your definition many of the founding fathers would not qualify as natural born citizens.

I have news for anyone who believes her. Law of nations is a legal book written by a guy (Vattel) in Switzerland. It is NOT AMERICAN LAW. The founding fathers used some of his ideas but they NEVER commented on the "2 citizen" idea.

Taitz is completely lying. First of all, the Hawaii law wasn't passed until 1982, when Obama was 21.

Secondly, the law refers to children born OUT OF STATE. NOT foreign-born children!
