Marfan's syndrome causes one to have their chest cave in like that?

Marfan's syndrome can cause an assortment of irregularities to occur. It usually causes excessive bone growth which we see with his arms and fingers. The chest depression you're talking about is a condition called pectus excavatum, which can be caused by this overgrowth of the rib bones.  However, you don't have to have Marfans syndrome in order to have this chest cave effect. There are tons of people including myself who don't have marfans syndrome, but have pectus excavatum.

None of you know what you're talking about. This is pectus excavatum which is the opposite of pidgeons chest, which sticks out instead of in. Bradford also has Marfans syndrome, which is likely the cause of his pectus deformity.
