Firstly, my stance on the issue assumes a birth in Hawaii. That makes him a DUAL citizen and ineligible to serve according to Article II, Section 1 of the US Constitution.
Ergo, BHO is a a USURPING, LYING FRAUD, who according to the Constitution, is not a legally sitting and therefore an impeachable president.
What BHO is is much worse. A Benedict Arnold on steroids who according to our USC, should be tried for TREASON!

jdub, it's a shame that you have no understanding of the law. If Obama was born in Hawaii (and all evidence says he was) then he is eligible to be President of the US, according to the Constitution. He is eligible, he won the election, the electoral votes were ratified, he was sworn into office, he is the legal President of the US. The fact that you can't understand this speaks more to your ignorance than Obama's birthplace.

State Rights per the 10th. amend. is another card that has yet to be played. It rarely ever is in that the Federal Government often will "Prostitute" the state to its bidding by deny money for civic benefit that rightfully belongs the the people. However, many States are beginning to get it. States have a right to literally outlaw Federal Mandates that do not specifically pertain to the limited & enumerated powers in the Constitution. There are a few cards left to play while we clean our rifles.

Amen to that James! I was born in Texas and spent the first 18 years of my life there until I joined the Army. I retired in NC but am seriously thinking about moving back home to family and one of the few states left that still respects the Constitution! Especially the 10th amendment! God bless the Republic!

I'm not a proponent of any State seceding from the Union but if Texas were to decide to do so I doubt that returning anything to the US would come high on the list of priorities considering all that the US has gained from Texas. I think Texas should send the US a bill!
