i once tht same as u. but after so many seasons i nv c any improvement in em. i feel fletcher should at least train up this toughness to become a better center mid cos he has no pace n technic to be a winger. oshea did score some important goals but u know how come he play so many positions. cos he doesnt have any position that he is really good in.

Both are selfless team players with little ambition but to help the team win. Fletch always performs when needed, fearlessly tackling and displaying great calm in crucial games (sir Alex calls us our big game player and everything), while o'shea is simply the best substitute there is in world football, he can play every single position well if needed (tottenham anyone?), which is extremely important in a long season.
