No great reliable Imaam ever said this, these are the words of the ignorant! And "sunnak mu'akkadah" is not obligatory, such that if you leave it you are sinful. * To Allah we complain the ignorance of the people of our times!!
And the speaker is misquoting these great scholars ... There is a difference between a person leaving A "sunnah mu'akkadah" (an emphasised sunnah) -- and -- a person DENYING the Sunnah (way of the prophet), (and also) a community of people who collectively abandon a Sunnah Mu'akkadah, who should be fought as Imaam Muhammad said.
