This does not work with the camera, it works with the censers in the machine.

Most of them do. It is used for crash protection.

It will still work, because you are not actually using spaces for this to work. You are using 3rd party software.

i followed your instructions and it worked great, though it was kind of annoying to put in the directions on terminal every time. But then i realized that in the preferences for virtuedesktops it has an option of enabling motion sensor switching. i enabled that, and then deleted the smackbook downloads, and it still works. you can cut half your video out now lol.

also... do you know a way to make it so that you dont have to put in the code on terminal every time you restart your computer?

Yeah, you have to type make a terminal app that does that consistently and then ad it to your login items.

Does this work on the iMac? Also, how does this work? What is it using? I don't thin the macbook has an accelerometer.

No it will not, it works because there are sensors in the macbooks that allow it to know how you hold it.
