This makes me want to eat some chicken, smoke some cigarettes and drink some beers. Good shit...Metal Blade joining with Rise Above, that is. Anyone know what's going on with Candlelight?? Not only did they seemingly fall off the face of the wretched earth and all artists jumped ship, but these new bands they're signing??
Actually, the frontman/vocalist (Karl Sanders, I believe?) has a good Ozzy-esque Doom voice. See also Zeeb Parkes, Lee Dorian and Jus Obourn for a similar vocal technique.
StraytRayzorSymphony; yes it does have a very Sabbath vibe to it, but the early Ozzy stuff is a lot faster (Randy Rhodes!) and is a bit popier (is that a word? Well, it is now!)
I still can't believe these guys are from my home town.

@Metaldrummer100 There is no need to be offensive.
It's just a matter of tastes.
Anyway I liked the song.

Nice-very heavy Sabbath-esque Doom with a touch of the NWOBHM.
eibon81 11 months ago
@eibon81 i thought it kinda sounde like a cross between 70s Sabbath and Ozzy's early solo stuff.
