@soundseeker63 Unfortunately FSOL was a very pretentious group. Don't get me wrong, I own all there work on wax and collected the AA stuff too. Check 'Modulations' the movie. That being said, there music is still fresh 20 years later...

It's just that like with Def Jux and Zen Cuts and all those sorts of labels the sound homogenized and I can't listen to much IDM because AFX, Squarepusher, Autechre and Boards of Canada basically created an empire.

@adrenacrumb I could say the same with D+B with DJ Dara, AK1200 and Dieselboy as a collective sealing the deal in america at least. Even outside that you can't hear a track and not have it remind you of Future Prophecies, TeeBee, Photek, etc.
