i fractured my ankle, the W.C.B doctor said i was good to go,lol. i went and paid out of pocket to see a specialist,he recommended surgery...the W.C.B doctor said that hes not a real doctor, he just a pediatrist and probably got his training from a community college. 3 months later,still at home,fucked up ankle, now the doctor is agreeing with the pediatrist and i need surgery.
I have given up on getting any benefits from WCB aAlberta - they have the legislation rigged in their favor - 10 years no progress. I have decided to extract my pound of flesh from these corrupt "Medical Consultants" I have been encouraging people to go to RATEMDs to rate these so called medical proffessionals who write disparaging reports about injured workers for a fee - Telling the truth about them will ensure that the WCB is their only source of Income - just like the rest of us.

Its an extremely sad state, when everything is based on the almighty dollar. I have never seen WCB refuse to take payment from any or all workers. What a turn around when the worker needs a financial hand whe he/she is injured. And its not as if they are giving you anything, you are, and have been paying for it. They are a glorified insurance company, that has been allowed to set themselves above the law. I'm only 3 years in. 57 years old, and first time on WCB other than a few days. God help us

And so is.. Shannon ..injured since 2000 with a life time disability, for which there is no cure. I too have lost an appeal to the Wcat they had there minds made up before there ganagaroo court even got started. i have used there tape recorded appeal to open up there corruption!
It should not be up to WSIB to decide whether any inquiry is called for. This needs to go to Supreme Court. There are deaths happening frequently, Canada wide. If they do not speak to injured workers like myself, they can and will find themselves behind bars. Politicians be forewarned. Any more attempts to cover up the serious consequences of WCB abuses against an individual will result in charges against you. Federal and Provincial. All levels. You are responsible for our protection.
Excellent video. When people are dieing of stress, suicides, suffering devastating depressions, left in pain with no treatment, all at the hands of those who say they are there to protect us then what is that? You said it. Corruption. I would even go so far as to say treason against Canada and its citizens. Since when do Canadians allow psychopathic governments and corporations destroy its citizenry? At least WCB's don't discriminate in one way. They will kill you all if they can. Saves money.
