Nana i dont get,you want us to keep the money in a consolidated fund and go borrow money to supplement the budget? the major benefit ghana can get from the oil is to collateralize the oil and use it to secure loan.a substantial amount could be secured and the funds can be invested into a venture that major earner for gh.Dubai did same and we can all see the result,Angola did same as well

nana your promises for a better Ghana seems to be convincing me but how feasible can this be cos you had a high position in the Kuffour regime to have made a real impact but how many of what u saying was fealt. i guess is easier said than done. wish you all the best though.

The problem is NOT that they dont have ideas, it IS that they will put VERY BIG IDIOTS in charge of the programs and the journalist(voice of the people) WONT hold them accountable. So what you will see is ministers, administrators will sit on radio and talk trash and nobody will call them to book or call the president to fire them. As a result they leave office with fat checks and no work to show.
