  • Erm....please realize that if someone from Europe is ordering, it can get quite messy with order tracking, in fact, it is not always possible. So order tracking, such as logistics in this case has nothing to do with the online shop you purchasing things from.

  • I just found your video on these extensions on accident watching your newest video and i reminded me that she never did reply to me when I emailed her that I doubt very seriously that my extensions were human hair because they wouldn't accept hair dye. It stated specifically that they were 100% human hair and dyable but the color woundn't take! I love them but the color was a bit off.

  • im looking for extensions..? what would u recommend.? i need someting the curls easy and stays. as well as straightening. and good comfortable clips

  • I was gonna order from that site, but then I noticed how people kept asking questions and nobody was answering them..... then I saw your video, and more videos.... and I wanted them for my graduation which is in December.... I cant wait 4 months, so I chose luxy hair

  • I have ordered from Hello Gorgeous 3 times. The extensions are the most beautiful and the thickest. My first two orders came quicker than my third order because I ordered during prom season. But,I was happy to wait because the extensions are the best I have ever owned. I ordered them because they are handmade and you can tell. They are made really, really well. I emailed a bunch of times this last time, maybe a million times, lol, and they were so nice and got back to me everytime,in like 2 days

  • @twishycareastar Thank you so much for your video, I have researched over 2 months for clip on hair extensions,, luxy hair, foxy locks, pro extensions, headkandy and hello gorgeous,,, I found Headkandy to be more convenient for my needs and I will not order hello gorgeous and wait 5 months to get them. Costumer's satisfaction is a priority, without it there is no business.

  • i've been waiting 4 months for my extensions and they haven't come in. i'm really upset. this is ridiculous!

  • Thank you for this video. I have just fild a claim with Pay Pal. I didnt know what else to do..I ordered them for my wedding and didnt get them in time....Just want my money back..Its not like its 50 bucks..its hundred of dollars...Never ever will i deal with this company again!!

  • Im so glad I found your review!! Im so mad right now that I could spit nails!!!! The only way I have of contacting Shannon is on Facebook right now and i have left 4 messages just asking for an update that she has not responded to!! So, because i am so upset and feeling ignored i have now left comments and posts on facebook that are not so nice and SHE IS DELETING THEM with still no answers!! So now I have demanded that she ship them out by next week OR refund my money today or Im calling BBB!

  • @mommyofthreelovies I'm going through the same thing right now. It's been almost five months since I've ordered my extensions and I still haven't gotten them. Did you ever get yours?

  • I am having the worst experience ever. Ive been waiting for over 3 months now. The worst part is like 3 weeks ago they sent me an email that said I still needed to pay the international shipping charge, so I paid that, still not here. Spent another 30$ long distance on the phone with the postal service (i live in Canada) and they couldnt give me any info. I actually cried I was so frusterated.

  • I am so upset. I ordered my extensions December 22nd! I live in Canada and when I payed for them they didnt ask me for an international shipping charge, like there was no option to pay it. I sent her email after email asking about them, and I finally after sending her a message on youtube I got an email asking for the shipping charge I didn't pay!! I'm SO mad, So now i'm going to have to wait who knows how long after I waited 2 months ONLY to get the email that I had to pay them 30$ extra.

  • I ordered them on January 8th, and haven't received them yet. It's been about a month and a couple weeks. So, my mom tried emailing her once and gave her a week, emailed her again and it said she doesn't accept them. So we tried calling them, she doesn't accept calls. Then I found out she has a YouTube and by this time we're starting to think we've been scammed for our money. She better answer my YouTube email!

  • this happened to me just recently! i payed $99 on NOV 14 and its now FEB 5. i wrote her a ton of times nicely with no answer and was extreamly patient. but im finally done. she took my money and i have no extensions this is messed up and i wish i knew this before because i ordered them bc i saw a good youtube vidioe about them thinking it would be great. this is so messed up i missed all my evens for the holidays and my birthday this sux.

  • That's crazy. I can't believe hello gorgeous keep posting comments on this video saying 'if they havn't arrived we're still making them'

    I don't care how good the extensions are, I would never wait half a year too recieve them!

    I ordered headkandy hair extensions, and they came within 2 days. They are gorgeous, thick and good quality.

    How ironic they are called hello gorgeous, when a lot of customers never get too say hello to there extensions.

    More like hello money, goodbye hair extensions.

  • @citywalks I totally agree with you....... there are so so so many people waiting on theres and for months and months and Its ridiculous that so many have been forgotten and don't know what to do. I hope that she does get everyone that ordered out soon. 2 week it understandable 1 month you are pushing it and that for ordering anything on the internet 2 months and more is not expectable and is bad business

  • @citywalks Hello. I got a phone number from Pay Pal for Hello Gorgeous Hair Extensions. Its 978-594-0749. I don't know how helpful its gonna be but its definently worth a try.

  • @nicolealexis100 I tried that number and it told me that its not a number where you can leave a message but at the end of the message there was a beep and I recorded a message. Shannon only contacted me through email. Just be careful about getting charged more money for shipping. Also you can dye the extensions that you ordered. I did and mine match my hair perfectly.

  • @nicolealexis100 Facebook is the only way but dont say anything derogatory or she will delete your comment and you still wont get an answer! Thats what she did to me and i have still not heard anything!

  • @lovethelifeulive16 Try to contact her on here otherwise put a claim out with paypal that is your best bet if she refuses to contact you back and I'm so sorry

  • hi, wish I would have saw ur review before I ordered.  I placed my order Dec 9 2009. E mailed several times w/out a response. Finally emailed and request to cancel order and have money refunded. Shannon responded that I should receive the extensions last week. Still have yet to receive anything. I placed an order for Luxy Hair extensions, and immediately received a confirmation of order, tracking number and an estimated receive date. Got my Luxy hair extensions yesterday..love them.

  • Thank u for the videos, and to everyone sharing... i soo want hair extensions . i just did smthing horrried i had long hair and i was just in a "mood" and shopped it off :( ... and i feel soo naked now... so i ran to sallys and got some synthic ones DNT reccomend .. just to fill the void when i have to leave my hause ,and ive been watching videos on all the brands out there , now im really discuraged...no one has time or money to waste.. i live in central califorina .

  • @takemebck09 O wow I am sorry yea I can't use the ones from Sally either. I think the best thing that you can do is research before you buy that is the most important thing. To be honest I loved the Jessica Simpson ones I have used them for years and they always get to you ..Just a suggetion

  • I think delux was like $30 or 40 more expensive.. i can't really remember. I personally think she is amazing... it's because i was lucky to get hold of her right away. I'll purchase from them again! However.. I know now that I will have to order it in a least one or two months in advance!

  • yeah i contacted her thru facebook, she said i should be getting them this week but its already friday. i just sent her an email rightt now asking is she shipped them.

  • waiting... 2months and 1week already in total. i haven't got mine. i don't want to stress my self its just disappointing that you want to get it because of special occasion. and ended up not having it by the time you needed it.

  • ah! this videeeeeo was sooo re-assuring for me! i was scared my order didnt get threw, or my email's were not working for some reason...it was all so weird, becauuse on the previous reveiws on youtube, people were saying the customer service was amazing? and shannon replied back super fast, dealing with all the problems at her best... but i guess now she stoped?

    i ordered my extentions on november 14th, hopingg/praying/dying! for them to come by dec 4th which was my super sweet 16th, but nope:(

  • i've sent shannon many emails over three weeks and never got a reply...i emailed her,commented on facebook,sent her mssage through youtube,and still nothing..im sure when i get them i'll love them,but i dont like not knowing anything about my purchase,so i totally agree with you about needing to improve the customer service.

    I am the type of person that if I don't get good Customer Service, I will never order again, and will pass my word around so people are aware.

    and also agree that Customer Service is one of the most important things from a company. Customers want their needs satisfied, and the better you do it, the more business you'll get.
