nvm i just got mines today but in nyc which it has battery power its attach on my shoe with both inverters , but it would of been cool dat it changes colors on one single tape juat like the rgb strip lights

Can this light tape be hooked up to a power wheelchair if it is in an outdoor weatherproof casing. Can it hook to a rechargeable battery, or would it have to connect to the 12 olt wheelchair battery?
