Nah, Graces and stuff will keep me up, plus I can always do all different kinds of challenges, like solos, no damages, or icnrease difficulty from hard to mania or unknown in some runs (like a Rebirth unknown no death run *le gasp*).
Kevassa, it's not the AI Will's fault... You just didn't manually switch the Ally Target Cursor to Chloe before pressing the shortcut button to make Will do his First Aid.
When you make and ally cast a healing/support Eres via shortcut, they target the character whom the Ally Target Cursor is on, and not who needs the healing.
IIRC, the Ally Target Cursor is on the character in the first slot by default.
To switch it to someone else press R1, then press Up, then move it to the ally you want.
It's not that bad since you can always pick who gets healed. If you want an AI ally to always heal who has the lowest HP, just don't issue any commands via the Eres menu or use healing Eres via shortcuts.
Now, based on how much HP an ally's healing Eres restores, once an ally's(ies) HP falls below a certain pont, they'll start to cast the appropriate healing Eres when they can.
So, they won't cancel a spell to cast a healing Eres, but will after the current one was cast or interrupted.
Regardless of all you said, the point of using shortcuts is to control the AI yourself.
I hate to rely on the AI to heal, I prefer to have a shortcutted healing spell and mash it.
The AI only heals after your HP drops to a certain point, which may be already too late in certain cases. Its better to constantly heal regardless of need in some cases.
Omg I have the same exact problem with Will. I tell him to do First Aid, so shouldnt he have some common sense and do it on the person who DOESNT have Full HP? *sigh*.
Tales of graces has the best healing system, you can make the npc constanly heal you

You wouldn´t be able to heal, so it would be impossible unless you spammed items, plus it is really boring

lol, I actually think that'll work just fine in Tales of Symphonia 2.

Oh god, horrible healing shortcut system.
In all the other tales it heals the one with lowest HP

Which is why I love Revive in this game :)

I can understand where you're coming from. It isn't good to rely too much on the AI to heal who's weakest.
