These fucking inians dont have any business dealing with us. It feels like you are speaking witha robot. I requested a modification, they put me on a trial mod that raised my payments hahahaha. I told them to cancel the mod and the keys will be in the mail box LOL. If the government bails them out again WTF!!!!

@Dgrebey The legal department, that handles foreclosure as a legal matter is a separate and disconnected entity from the loan-modification department, and they don't talk to each other. So if you apply for a loan mod, the legal department still continues plodding along the foreclosure track anyhow. They don't talk to each other internally.
