The way the defendant keeps bobbing at his sister when someone describes his actions makes him look like a myopic parrot. The judge is absolutely right...he MUST have a daddy somewhere high enough to pull some strings, and he's probably gonna go right back to daddy dearest and tap him for that 4 grand.

Tips for JJ litigants: 1. Raise your hand to speak. 2. If your case is going well, help the judge question the other side. 3. Feel free to ask questions. 4. Counter claim for slander and harassment. 5. Try not to enunciate too stiffly; keep it natural. 6. Never look directly at the judge. 7. Try starting answers with a dramatic pause now and then. 8. Address the other side directly when needed. 9. Claim for pain, suffering and lost future wages. 10. Never mitigate your damages.

@aboylegolcom It is also important to interrupt JJ and speak over her so your case is properly heard. It is also helpful to shout out "That's a lie" during the other persons testimony. This lets JJ know they are lying, cause she has a hard time telling.
