I believe the message of this video is incredibly clear: If you give people the opportunity, they will be kind to one another, because people are soft-wired for empathy. It's exposure to the expectations of a damaged society that represses our natural inclination to want to be good to others. This video is great! Fantastic and inspired idea to bring some good out of people in one of the most damaged cities in the world, great job, Improv Everywhere!
