Just because they used hens and a male voice means nothing. Plently of tv shows have women do the voices of male character EX: Bart Simpson. That doesn't mean a show or commercial is unfunny because of it. Just like it for what it is a funny commercial. If you dont think its funny fine but that doesnt mean its racist.

1) The voices sound more Mexican than anything to me.

2) Racism has been part of 'American culture' from the beginning. It is so pervasive hints of it can be seen in just about everything. But pick your battles - sometimes you gotta fight, and sometimes you have to, to quote my favorite movie, Fight Club, "let that which does not truly matter slide".

3) The damned commercial is hilarious.

You are digging way too deep into a COMMERCIAL. It's a harmless commercial, and in my honest opinion it's hilarious in comparison to BK's other commercials. Why does everyone have to bring racial issues into EVERYTHING and NOTHING, for example: BURGER KING COMMERCIALS. I'm sure the commercial crew know the difference between a hen and a rooster, but HELLO not every chicken is trained to just stand there and cooperate for a commercial and they probably worked with what they had. :D jeez.
