RTVE tubo la culpa, por incumplimientos del concurso de eurovision, penoso, tienen 4 canales y tenian que poner el tenis, que verguenza, pero lo mas vergonzoso de todo es que los sinverguenzas de RTVE, la dejaron con el marron a ella sola, y ella por miedo a quedar mal con RTVE y le cierren oportunidades en esa cadena, callo.

I'M SPANISH, and that rhythmn is arabic. Spanish rhythmn is different. I don't say the song is a shit, i just say that in a european music contest every country should sing in it's local language and with its own rhythmns...if you sing in english or with exotic rhythmns just in order to try to win the contest...well, then it loses all its sense, instead of showing Europe's culture richness it shows commercial poor music.

This Song is great, but I knew the first time I heard it in compared to other Eurovision Songs that it didn't have what it took to compete.
She's more talented than most of the Eurovision 2009 contestants however it was just the song that wasn't the best, not really her performance. I like the Song but this is just from a Song preference stand point, talent comes next to that.
I agree the song doesn't have spanish rhythms, and that's the reason i didn't like this one to be the candidate to eurovision, it's just commercial music...but i must say spanish have white skin. It's true there is taned people, moors stayed many centuries, specially in the south, but there's many blond people and with blue eyes also. In spain arrived celts, iberians, romans, greeks, carthaginians, visigoths, moors, ... so the population is a mixed of all of them. But the color doesn't matter!

I think she did a marvellous job representing Spain. I don't know where people get off saying her Rhythm isn't Spanish? you don't know what you're talking about.. I've been to Spain and there's a huge difference from Spaniards and the Spanish people in the Americas.
Pick up some Culture! Soraya was chosen as the representative of Spain for Eurovision 2009 cause she was the right Spaniard choice.

I'M SPANISH, and that rhythmn is arabic. Spanish rhythmn is different. I don't say the song is a shit, i just say that in a european music contest every country should sing in it's local language and with its own rhythmns...if you sing in english or with exotic rhythmns just in order to try to win the contest...well, then it loses all its sense, instead of showing Europe's culture richness it shows commercial poor music.

@djsnixz they dont know that was spain 90% under muslim so you got a lot of oriental melos- the part with guitar very spanish other sound oriental, its the same with serbia it was under turks so we get a lot of oriental stuff but we still have our own, than a lot of greek melos and a lot of oriental melos :D

And the rythmns aren't equal in all Spain, there are so many regional rythmns. @Alahaied Man i know many who doesnt know spain think you are dark skined but they say for the italians portugals greeks even say for us serbs that we are dark... but thats their problem, i say SOUTH EUROPE RULES! :) South europe was center in history a lot of things happened here many conquest rising changing governments people moved... And that only makes our cultures rich! Serbia is a lot smaller than Spain but we have a lot of diffrent rhytmes too, so its logical for Spain to have even more!

This Song is great, but I knew the first time I heard it in compared to other Eurovision Songs that it didn't have what it took to compete.
She's more talented than most of the Eurovision 2009 contestants however it was just the song that wasn't the best, not really her performance. I like the Song but this is just from a Song preference stand point, talent comes next to that.

I agree the song doesn't have spanish rhythms, and that's the reason i didn't like this one to be the candidate to eurovision, it's just commercial music...but i must say spanish have white skin. It's true there is taned people, moors stayed many centuries, specially in the south, but there's many blond people and with blue eyes also. In spain arrived celts, iberians, romans, greeks, carthaginians, visigoths, moors, ... so the population is a mixed of all of them. But the color doesn't matter!
