  • It’s times like these, that you really wish you were an octopus

  • That was a great laugh! Thanks for saving me the $20 to buy a worthless iPad screen protector. The feel is much better without it anyway. I'm sure the glass will hold up until I buy an iPad 7.

  • LOLOLOLOL

  • you are an idiot

  • bubbles are OK. you should apply the film in one move. Then collect smaller bubbles by bigger ones (~ 1/4 inch) by moving them around with the remover. Small ones are really hard to move! Then move big bubbles to the side.

  • @MorFunStufPlz Well it took 5 moves for me, as the shield keeps fucking up like an asshole.

  • I put I mess up 6 like I had bricks/ rocks under the screen PISSED!

  • I mised mine up to bro 6 of them hahahah

  • oh hell man i did that 2 i open my screen protection package, for mine it doesn't come with instruction or anything. so i juz pull off my screen protection and i mess all finger touch that screen and when i place in my ipad it getting a lot of bubble fuck !! i wasted by 15 pound ! damn

  • Try and try unttil you suc......oh no!

  • I messed mine up to but it was zagg, they are a pain to install. Lucky I only messed the back one up ,I gave it an hour and watched many vids then attempted the front with more preparation and know how it's a lot easier.

  • im sorry why not use water and soap solution? the water inside removes every single little dust.. worked perfect for me..

  • why do you even want a screen protector?

  • Fail

  • KKKKK!!!

  • Lol lame ass

  • Oh noes - I got two tiny specs under mine. Actually, what I don't like is the matt finish "LE cristal" brand. Kind of distorts the colours underneath with weird specked patterns and considering I use my iPad to showcase digital artwork; not good.

  • lmfao when he gets mad!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • while you could use a dutch-tape to fix it...

i had an even worse scenario, mine felled on sand >.<. but with a little use of dutch-type i fixed it and its still on my ipod for almost a year now :)

you just wasted over 20 dollars on nothing hehe

  • lol first world problems.

  • it happened 3 times before but i use Invisible Shield and it is fucking easy to install!:D

  • It sucks that is sucks

  • complete moron.

Theres a reason for the spray there, so u dont get any of those bubbles you had...

  • complete moron.

  • complete moron.

  • This guy get's mad over some pretty dumb things.

  • ask the store if they can do it for you

  • dont do as i did apply the shield outside :P

  • i did that my self 2 times on my galaxy s2 :P

  • fail

  • Hhahahahahah What a rager

  • how come not just return the screen protector? Have done this many times when I have messed up. They always take it back.

  • LMAO!!!!!.....@ 9:27 dude i love how this guy flips out and then tries to regain his composure lol..."this has been a video on how to waste 20 + dollars!"....

  • Jack black lol

  • Duh why would you put a dust cloth on your adhesive side of the screen protector duhh

  • I might be wrong but I saw some liquid in the case of the screen protector. Was it a dry apply or is the liquid for the protector? Just wondering. Sorry. Great video though.

  • Happend to me with zagg dust under the shiled god i hate that dust

  • deja vu!!

  • This looks familiar.

  • You know my friend, the dry-applying shields are pure crap. I have the iPod touch and at first I bought a 99c shield, and it was so freakin' messed up, but then I bought the Zagg InvisibleSHIELD, and it is wet-apply, so I didn't get any dust in, because the solution keeps away the dust from the shield, you know. So you might as well try that ($24.99) from BestBuy. It was really worth it. Now what you wanna try is get a friend with you-- the iPad screen is HUGE. It worked for my friend's iPad. A

  • @arici19 True on the wet apply shields being better, but the Zagg is probably the worst one of the bunch (also the most expensive). Next time just goto bestskinsever com. Much cheaper, and much better IMHO, farrrrr less orange peel effect, and not as 'tacky'

  • I think the whole point of screen protectors fail. I don't see how company's get it perfect ever time it's almost impossible.

  • give me my pleasure time back arrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr............... you suck!

  • you sound like jack black

  • " i dont know, take it easy or something" =D best line ever!

  • Hahahaha Laughing to death ! You must be the most stupid mother fucker I Ever watched seriously !

  • That was actually a great learning experience as your title said. I was with you all the way and probobly will do the same. Thanks for the bravery to share this.

  • awwwww im sry it didn't work.

  • I've been there befoe XD I admire that you put this up! Lol and I needed a good laugh :) but I am laughing with you XD thanks for the vid much luv!!!!!

  • gigity?

  • 14 people though the video title is

how to install a screen protector

  • thank you, your sacrifice will not be wasted...rest in peace my friend

and everybody else don't just bash him, i'm sure if not because of him many more people will lost their screen protector

  • Hilarious, but kudos for putting the video on. :) But you could have saved that protector for re-installation by making a new peel backing for it with strips of Scotch tape -- and saved yourself another $20.

  • @photopuppet it wont come off @@

  • Comment removed

  • i found if you get lint on it dip it in really warm water and the lint will fall of and it installs easier

  • i got a zagg one and when i took it of the wax paper stuff i stuck it to a piece of paper and never got it off ohh how i miss that $25

  • One of the worst demo i have seen so far

  • tool

  • ik sounds stupid but with my iphone i wiped down the screen put the protector in warm water then placed on phone = no bubbles takes 5 seconds

  • I feel for you. I went through the same process...

The anger was great! Get it all out.

  • honestly, if someone tried to make a satirical version of a screen protector install they couldnt have made ut funnier than this, the real thing. love it.

  • i love how he laughs when he said china.

  • this was literally the funniest vid ive seen in a LONG time. thank u so much. i watched a ll ten minutes and loved it all, so real. thank u so much. merry Chriatmas, God bless.

  • roflmfao

  • just wash your hair next time ;)

  • 20 + dollars... its ok man its only cuz you're an idiot

  • GET A LIFE BRAT

  • Lol, I hate it when you try to be all careful and do something perfect and then you end up fucking it right up. Been there!

  • Shit happens bro. I can't stress how important a can of air is needed after the cloth cleaning.

  • your a fag

  • Lol you suck

  • 9:30 onwards made me LOL..

  • I was applying a screen protector to a Nintendo DS Lite, and got a bunch of dust under it. I ended up actually washing it under hot water, letting it air dry, and then re-applying it. Amazingly enough, it actually worked. I didn't have any bubbles, and I managed to get the 1 or 2 bits of dust I then accrued off with tape.

  • You are a brat you could have retried

  • HAHAHAHA ILOVE YOU THIS MADE ME LAUGH CAUSE I DID THE SAME THING

  • i learned my mistake after the first time i tried it, i realize you dont need to worry about air bubble the first time you peel the back that sticks on to the ipad becuz if you do lint and dust gets on it. after applying the back , all you have to do is pull the top piece of the screen protector and it will remove all the air bubble

  • GAME OVER

  • l0l0l0l0l

  • The left side looks GREAT!

  • I want to kill myself now.

  • I share the same felling to you man

  • You are meant to run a hot shower with the bathroom door closed to get a steamy room, which makes all the dust fall to the floor. Then you are meant to clown the screen with an anti-lint cloth, and then apply the protector carefully, using scotch tape to grab any dust bubbles before putting it all the way on. So it was all your fault for not doing any of that. :p

  • FAIL!

  • The most stupid thing one can do is to apply screen shield on top of a piece of cloth full of lint and worst thing to do is using your finger to remove dust particles from the screen shield, two very good way to fuck up your new screen shield.

  • Try to spray some screen cleaner on it. It makes it much easier to remote the bubbles

  • the cloth gives more dust

  • Anger management

  • LOL =D

  • Haha top class dude. But honestly it's all your fault. That liquid solution is meant to be sprayed on your fingers and the protector. Then when you get it on, you squeegee all the liquid and air bubbles out, let it cure/dry over night and BOOM your back in busuiness.

  • Where did you get your background sticker? Could you tell me, please.

  • @dream0579 GelaSkins

  • @htcjunkie16 it isnt gelaskins, its musicskinz

  • Hey here's a tip.....before u put on the screen protector....and to remove the dust just take a blow drier put it on low temp and that shud remove the dust

  • where did you get your background wallpapers?

  • Its not you, there shields suck! I ordered the same one and it had a small dent in it which screwed up the whole thing. There products suck

  • Haha really fun to watch but painful yet helpful! I don't know what I would do if I wasted 20+ dollars like that. Lol

  • this was hard to watch :p

  • OMG!! all your vidie should end up like this your so funny.I'll give you $20 to try it again.

  • FUNNIEST VIDEO EVER!! LOL!!

  • Hey, you should contact them and tell them that you didn't get the right protector. They sent those out via pre order but are now sending out the correct one covering the hole completely.

  • Ouch, I feel for ya dude. This is why i think i'm going to get RadTech as they include 2 shields for problems like this. GL on the next one.

  • EPIC FAIL

  • i dont see why u went back and cleaned it with the cloth when u were installing it. I mean didnt u know once that cloth hits the sticky part of the shield it will grab anything that was on the cloth. Next time buy a bottle of compressed air and use that.

  • Epic fail, might as well order another right now.

  • the last thing you want to do is touch the adhesive side with a cloth, bad mistake!

  • It was meant to be applied wet I got the same one and got dust on mine and used the solution and it totally cleaned it!

  • U know u can clean then just run water on the sticky side an let air dry then try again. U don't have to spend more money to buy a new one. To make it Easter just a add a lottie bit of water on the sticky side then put it on the screen that way u have no bubbles

  • I just installed my radtech clear cal anti glare for the ipad. I messed up with the first one to.... meh...

  • Lol. There's so many times I've wanted to do what you did at the end. Putting on a protector has got to be one of the most frustrating things ever !!

  • Ya even still once it got covered with lent from my stupidity it would have been impossible for it to be PERFECT and I'm just too OCD to even bother because of that.

  • The saddest part is you could have just cleaned the screen shield after removing it with soap or removed all the microdust with a piece of packing tape. Bummer.

  • Comment removed

  • you could have just washed it with soapy water and let it air dry before trying it again!!!

  • lol

  • I do this all the time thats why I always buy two just in case but man we live and we learn thats the way it is take care man

  • Hey don't feel bad can't tell you how many times I messed up putting on a protection screen on my iphone
