I'm tired of all your ODM Sympathy and whining. The TRUTH of the matter is that the election was hotly contested and the polls showed that it could go either way. Raila Led in 4 provinces, Nyanza, Coast, Western and Rift Valley while Kibaki led in Central, Nairobi, Eastern and North eastern. ODM'S use of violence and GENOCIDE (William Ruto) after it didn't get it's way has caused more harm than good.

u need to get your facts right, exit poles conducted shows that Kibaki lost by 8% reas t4odays paper and see how he stole the country... either way if he s sure he won then why cant he do a re run? the pple are still there and can vote him, but the reality is he lost and wouldnt want to face the reality

the reason he cannot do a re-run is coz it's not in the current constitution. the wako draft that raila vehemently rejected would have solved all this. it calls for a re-run a month after any disputed elections. but the country rejected it.
