its not fake, if you look at the car/balloon you can see little fans in each side and a fan at the back steering it...fflegmo didn't need get stupid about it. the main thing is, that its not a fake, you can easily see its a very well crafted balloon, probably filled with helium or something to make it lightwieght ;)
