Hey Brett, funny thing is I was doing my glute bridges last training session in a rack, so when I was done with a set, I would use the same maneuver and rerack it on the lowest setting for my training partner to get under it. Awesome
Great stuff Brett. I like using a power rack with adjustable J-Hook to hold the bar. No bench needed. I didn't think you could extend your arms at the bottom position and not have the bar hit your abdomen on the way down though. Keep up the good work!

Wow, great recommendations, as ever. In your opinion, could I do 5/3/1 using the floor press instead of the bench press?
