  • Hey Brett, funny thing is I was doing my glute bridges last training session in a rack, so when I was done with a set, I would use the same maneuver and rerack it on the lowest setting for my training partner to get under it. Awesome

  • Wow, great recommendations, as ever. In your opinion, could I do 5/3/1 using the floor press instead of the bench press?

  • Great stuff Brett. I like using a power rack with adjustable J-Hook to hold the bar. No bench needed. I didn't think you could extend your arms at the bottom position and not have the bar hit your abdomen on the way down though. Keep up the good work!
