I am a Pokémon Fan of the first generation, the second was amazing too.

I really didn't like the third and fourth generation this much, maybe because I didn't play the games this much. But I like the newest generation better than the former 2.

First gen favs: Gengar, Nidoking, Gyarados

Second gen: Feraligator, Houndoom, Sneasel

Third gen: Mightyena, Seviper, Absol

Fourth gen: I really don't remember a good one

Fifth gen: Serperior, Zekrom, Krookodile

yeah, i'm not super fond of most of the gen5 pokemon, but some of them are kind of cool. i know most people are upset that there aren't any pkmn from previous generations in B/W, but i actually appreciate nintendo wanting to recreate the feeling of mystery and discovery that everyone felt when the first games came out. i mean, with gen4, i knew all the previous pkmn, and 5/6 of my team are gen1 on my platinum game.

I'd like to add that this was made shortly after the whole generation was revealed and my ratings do not involve stats AT ALL. So don't comment about judging a book by its cover because truthfully this is EXACTLY what this is...how much I like the sprites.

I concur-- I was surprised to see Kojondo so low... and Chaobu so high. Other than Tepig, the entire Fire-type evolution line sucks both in design and typing. Really glad to see Swanna and Mebukijika high on the scale, though its a little disappointing to see one of my favourite prehistoric-based Pokemon as low as 2... and only as high as 5.

Oh well, I can't really fault your opinion. =P

Dasutodasu is one of my favorite from Gen 5. Not really for its looks, but for how well it fits the theme. If I were to imagine a garbage bag pokemon, that's about how I'd see it.

The problem with including stats is it isn't really an opinion, any more. You compare this video to judging a book by its cover, when the cover is meant to be what gets the attention of a customer. It's meant to capture your interest, and in my honest opinion, Baibanira just doesn't do it for me. As a Pokemon, its design is weak, regardless of how good it may happen to be, stat-wise.

@RenegadeFox Umm yes it is an opinion because there are some people that don't use legendaries beacuse of their rediculously high stats. I don't care what the book looks like. A bad cover doesn't stop the book from being a good book. Yes it looks like an Ice Cream but that shouldn't matter that much. And by the way Mr/Ms smart ass, I'm a casual player. I just pay attention to the stats of a Pokemon. But thank you for prooving my point by making that assumption.

Hey now, let's not blow things out of proportion, here. I made no assumptions; I just made an observation that turned out to be wrong. That's all. Though I will admit I was wrong for saying basing a rating on stats loses the opinion in the whole thing; after all, it takes all kinds to see the gems. Still, your saying it was poor for not including stats was wrong-- you can have an opinion on a Pokemon more than how good it would be in battle, and that's what this video was.

@RenegadeFox Yes you can, but Battling is the MAIN aspect of Pokemon. And I find it degrading that wasn't fully represented in the ratings. But if all you're suppose to do was just simply collect then yeah, I'll understand rating on looks more. But hey, I still respect his/her opinion enough to watch the entire video.

I really hate this generation's pokemon besides a select few. I can't belive they couldn't have gotten any more creative then this when they where making their pokemon. I mean, they have like eight different monkey's in the series, another bug that looks so close to caterpie and a molecule pokemon? What the heck? I'm also pretty upset by how many legendaries they added in the series. They have so many from the other series allready, I barely care anymore when I catch one...

my fav new pokemon has to Baoakki, teh evo of Baoappu. I like fire types, I like monkeys, I have curly hair, I have a habit for moving my feet up and down in a pattern, I usually have its expression plastered on my face, and I really like its stats. Pretty good physical and special for a fire type, really balanced and such.

Well regarding your comments, I read something that absolutely none of these pokemon will be related in evolution to any previous generation, so your hopes for baffuron and emonga are sadly shot down.

This also explains that Manmanbou is not related at all to luvdisc, although I thought the exact same thing when I saw it, but learned afterward that none were related.

What's your problem with Dasutodasu and its pre-evo? They're garbage bags. How can you be more creative than that? Seriously. A cat-thing and a dragon aren't creative at all. A trash bag is. They also look kinda cool in my opinion. Too bad they don't really have great stats.

I REALLY dislike the steel balls with green spikes, the 1st stage ice-cream, the Mushroom's evolution, the 1st and 2nd stage gears, Agriudaa, the copy pasta flying trio, Kyuremu, Kerudio and Meloia. But I REALLY like the starters (except for Emboar), Doryuzuu, the cute little green seedling thing, Hihidaruma, Desukan, Zoroark, the funny blue duck, Denchura, both the floating Psychic rocks, Kibago, Ononokusu, Tsunbeaa, Kinkizan, the afro bull, and Zekrom.
