I had my doubts regarding HAARP. I've heard plenty of people claim they could cause earthquakes. But never explained why and how exactly. So I appreciate this clip. Because the guy using the piano as example makes complete sense to me. I can also easily see the pattern of 10 km which should indicate it's an unnaturally occuring phenomenon. On to part 2 though.
