the yun messed a few enders, and he kept doing 1,2,3, jap shoulder xx geneijin for sum reason. That jab shoulder makes the geneijin combo do like 12 less dmg in the end

A monkey could do that job. A good commentator would talk about tactics or something more indepth than what we already know from watching the screen.

You can't talk about tactics/strategy and such, since that would be coaching for the players that are playing.

It's different when sports do casting because the players don't hear what the casters tell you on TV. In this setting, players can hear the casters, so discussing tactics would constitute coaching and disrupt the players.
