How to make the characters work at stepmania!!

I haven't updated this. and i have tried this on stepmania 5. i think this one is for the lower stepmania.

it doesnt work. everytime i get a char. and go to start the game, it crashes nd i have to uninstall n reinstall it 2 get it back again (stepmania 5)

Hahaha i do this and stepmania says this:The redirect 'Characters/Als DX Rage/Rest/Rest.redir' references a file 'Characters/_DDRPC_common_Rest­.bones.txt' which doesn't exist.

hey, may i ask a question? well, i downloaded bones+helper, i extracted it.. then, i put all the files there in the characters folder.  then, when i played stepmania, the character showed up.. but the character is not in the middle of the screen.. i cant see her/his head when the game start.. is there any adjustments need to change? please reply.. please.. thank you.

how is the character download supposed to be like? i tried downloading, run the character's file thing, but it doesn't copy files into computer...

after downloading the character thing, then the stuffs will shop up, just copy it by holding right click button on your mouse, then after that, a menu will show up, and find "EXTRACT TO THE SPECIFIED FOLDER" or the short cut, [ALT+E]

then, put it on your character folder in stepmania
