    There's not many foods I do not like, but honey is one of them.

    I'm a firm believer in not eating anything your taste buds don't like or that upsets you in any way.  Eggs too. I have to lay off of those.

  • I didn't know what you meant by blanching. I had to look it up. I was about to start cursing you in defense. lol

    I tried once not to boil the pretzels before baking, but came out dry, like regular bread.

    Some will say to boil it for a minute or to boil it in beer (ugh). I just stick it in for about 10 seconds.

    Baking is art, it's up to you. :)
