I sleep with my high powered fan on in my room every night. I was conditioned that way growing up and i never thought anything of it until i heard of this myth a few years ago. I literally cant sleep without a fan on because of the sound. And i sleep with my fan on and window closed sometimes...lol

Yea, Fan Death is an urban legend fairly unique to S. Korea, even perpetuated by the local papers and otherwise competent health professionals. My daughter is living outside of Seoul and thinks the stories are hilarious. Of course it's actually crap, but Adoyzie -- don't be so disrespectful about your dad.
